On a Monday evening in Cleveland, Sept. 21, 1970, when the Browns played the Jets, Monday Night Football on ABC was born. This year, Dec. 26, 2006, the New York Jets will partake in the FINAL Monday Night Football game on ABC. At least there is a reason to watch now.
