I’m not even sure to begin after watching last night’s fiasco. My finger is all wrapped up from tearing6 a finger tendon that it is good that I can’t type much.
First of all, Mangenius is Manlost. After 3 years, when will he realize that the 3-4 defense isn’t working. We can’t stop the run. We get minimal pass rush. And we can’t cover the receivers. Maybe it is time to change the scheme already. We gave up over 30 points in the first half alone.
I have issues with Mangini calling an onsides kick when you were within 2 scores in the first half. I think we do this twice a year under Mangini and it never works and bad thins always come from it. So Eric…stop F**KING doing it. It’s killing us.
And why can this team EVER convert 2 point conversions. Every team does it against us when then need it and succeed but we NEVER convert. Why is that?
Yeah, Favre had two bad interceptions with one for a TD but they gave us one to David Barrett so that really wasn’t the issue. The offense is definitely a bit rusty. They need a deep threat / speedy receiver on this team to better stretch the field. I’m liking Dustin Keller. Wish they’d throw him the ball more. And Cotchery is turning into a hell of oa wide receiver. But the offense just stalls out all the time.
And I was shocked when I saw Ben Graham back on the team. Wasn’t he just cut? When did they re-sign this guy?
Yesterday we were awful from beginning to end. We are one play away from being 0-3. If they go 1-3 heading into the bye week, can you say, “season over.” Yup…it’s MUST WIN already!
